Program Overview
The Young Changemakers Program is a collaborative effort to tackle social issues in an intercultural setting. It provides a unique opportunity to address social problems in multiple contexts, develop leadership and creative problem-solving skills, as well as a unique intercultural experience in the program location in Indonesia. As its outcome, this program aims to come up with a solution that will contribute to the better change in the global society.

Project Details
The Young Changemakers Program will consist of international students and professionals who are passionate about various social issues, making a meaningful contribution to their communities, collaborating with like-minded people from different backgrounds, as well as learn about the uniqueness of other cultures and the current problems they are facing.

This intensive program will include discussions, organization visits, and volunteering activities that focuses on one of these themes:

  1. Gender equality
  2. Social innovation through digital transformation
  3. Tolerance and inclusivity in the context of interfaith and SOGIE
  4. Culture as an initiative for equality in a global society

In this program, participants will also take part in an excursion to Baduy, where they will meet a tribe that still upholds their traditional ways by isolating themselves from the outside world. It is an opportunity for cultural exchange unlike any other.
